I am writing to inform you of the excellent customer services I just received from your company. I called your customer service number to place an order and inquire about a different shipping address. I connected with Sherman, who was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. He informed me of the necessary steps to have have a shipping address added to my credit card account. After speaking with my credit card company, I contact sherman and place an order for an amplifier. Sherman asked me a couple of questions about my son's system that I was unable to answer. A quick call to my son, and areturn call to sherman to find out the original amplifier would not be powerful enough for my's son system. Sherman then helped me select a different amplifier.
