If you are considering ordering from our online store,  there are two ways in which you can place an order. The first way is placing your order through our online shopping system. The second way is by calling a customer service representative at our toll free and/or home number. Whichever  method you use,  your order will be promptly processed and shipped  with care.

We  can and will ship orders any where in the world.  All in-stock orders are processed immediately after method of payments is approved,  and you can expect your order to arrive via standard delivery within  2 - 5 business days. When someone places an order with us, we always generate a confirmation e-mail thanking you for your order, and advising you of your order number. We ship your order fast.  When  shipping,  we use either  FedEx, USP and USPS.  Customers must  make request for  special  shipping arraignments. We monitor all our customer's orders from the moment they arrive  at sbolelectronics to the moment they are  delivered to the customer. If a delivery address is different than the billing address (i.e., sending someone a gift), a customer service representative will call the customer  to ensure  the  purchase is authorized.
